These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and services provided by Community Funded Solutions. By accessing this website or engaging services, you agree to these terms.

Services
Community Funded Solutions provides grant consulting, research, writing, and related strategic services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals. Results are not guaranteed. Funding decisions are made solely by grantmaking organizations.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to: Provide accurate and timely information; participate in scheduled meetings as required; review deliverables within agreed timelines; and submit applications on time unless otherwise contracted. Delays in providing materials may impact project timelines.

Payments
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Services may require payment in advance or according to milestone schedules. Late payments may result in paused services until accounts are brought current. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Intellectual Property
All materials created by Community Funded Solutions remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended organizational purposes. Templates, frameworks, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of Community Funded Solutions.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

No Guarantees
Community Funded Solutions does not guarantee grant awards or funding outcomes. Services focus on strategy, readiness, and proposal quality, not funding decisions.

Limitation of Liability
Community Funded Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or website content. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for services rendered.

Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Work completed up to termination remains billable.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
